after waiting 20 minutes and getting through their mental pick you option thing; they told me it was?Microsoft?s?problem and to ring them.
Rang?Microsoft?and after waiting another 20 minutes, they told me that I would have to buy a completely new Windows 7 key to be able to downgrade.
Not too happy, but I don?t have another $100+ to waste on getting a new OS for this laptop. Guess I?ll just bear with it :P
