As an Associate for the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group Las Vegas (PCGLV) from 2004 to 2006, Jason was disciplined exclusively in the specialty of commercial investment property sales. He was directly responsible for new business development, market research, property assessment, client/buyer/broker contact, market strategy development, and database management.
In 2006, Jason was recruited by Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas to start the Private Capital Group in Las Vegas before joining Bridget Richards with New Growth Commercial Real Estate in 2007. Over the past four years, he has been involved in transactions totaling over $300 million and more than 1,100,000 square feet.
Previously, Jason was the Regional Sales Manager for Homestore, Inc., a leading supplier of real estate marketing, advertising, and technology solutions, for six years. He was responsible for facilitating real estate marketing solutions for the top homebuilders on the West Coast. Jason focused on the development of team goals and skills, implementation of sales strategies, and financial accountability for revenue.

Jason takes a consultative approach with buyers and sellers in order to enhance property values in preparation for the marketing process.
