Oil prices climb as Iran threatens EU supply cut (AP)

Oil prices climbed above $98 per barrel Tuesday after Iran again threatened to cut off supplies to Europe. Here's how energy prices traded.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange:

Crude rose by $1.50 to finish at $98.41 per barrel.

Gasoline was flat at $2.9275 per gallon.

Heating oil rose by 2.02 cents to end at $3.1909 per gallon.

Natural gas fell by 7.8 cents to finish at $2.472 per 1,000 cubic feet.

On the ICE Futures exchange in London:

Brent crude rose by 30 cents to end at $116.23 per barrel.
